Since McKenna Easy Order and Sports 2.0 ordering software only update when they are shut down and re-opened, it is important to do this on a regular basis. This will ensure your ordering software is up-to-date with current products, catalog updates, templates, and monthly specials! Then the software is always ready to go when you need to place an order.
Keeping Java up-to-date from the Java website is also important. It will help troubleshoot any launch issues you may be experiencing. When the Java update is done, rebooting your hard drive is necessary to be sure your system is running the newest version.
If it has been a while since you closed Easy Order or Sports 2.0 and re-launching the software doesn’t take care of operating issues, your software may be too far behind the current updates and an uninstall and reinstall from our website may be necessary.
