Please inspect your products within 5 days of receipt. While most of the time our products arrive in wonderful condition, occasionally there will be a shipping or material issue. In order for us to honor warranties and work with our shipper, we need to have timely information on any issue.
If the product you receive from McKenna is damaged, please keep all products and packaging materials. To honor a damage claim, the shipping company may return to inspect or pickup the damaged product and packaging. Any shipping damage reported later than 5 business days may not be covered and could require you to pay for the replacement product.
