Order Inspection

Please inspect your products within 5 days of receipt. While most of the time our products arrive in wonderful condition, occasionally there will be a shipping or material issue. In order for us to honor warranties and work with our shipper, we need to have timely information on any issue.  Please keep all packaging material if you find an issue with your order.

Product Damage

If the product you receive from McKenna is damaged, please keep all products and packaging materials. To honor a damage claim, the shipping company may return to inspect or pickup the damaged product and packaging. Any shipping damage reported later than 5 business days may not be covered and could require you to pay for the replacement product.

Please report any damage within 5 days by emailing info@mckennapro.com, calling 1-800-238-3456 or by using our online chat via the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of this screen.

By submitting an order to McKenna, you are stating you have the proper permissions to reproduce the image or that you are the owner of the image and are not in violation of any copyright or trademark regulations.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Each and every order is custom made for you, our client. Because of this, we cannot honor refunds or accept returns and exchanges. However, we do stand behind our craftsmanship.  Please contact customer service if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Be sure to follow all ordering instructions on file naming, sizing, resolution requirements, and color space.
